These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UK Shop mobile application ("the App"), operated by Easy Technology Company ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using UK Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
UK Shop is a mobile shopping application that lets you browse products and place orders. Orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the App. UK Shop is not intended for and may not be used by children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
All orders are paid for via Cash on Delivery. We do not collect card or other financial information through the App. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of items. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order even after it has been placed.
UK Shop allows you to post comments and submit product wish requests. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
By posting comments or requests, you agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of any other person. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
We may remove any content and may remove, suspend, or ban any user who violates these Terms. You can report objectionable content and block other users directly within the App. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
All content provided through the App — including the App itself, its design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Easy Technology Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time under Profile > Delete Account.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Technology Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, Kurdistan Region. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts located there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
